Born November 19, 1959 in the village Kuibyshevo, Zaporozhye region (Ukraine).
Graduated from the Faculty of Philosophy of Moscow State University. M.V. Lomonosov in 1987. Doctor of Philosophy (1998), professor (1999).

Scientific specialization – Specialist in the field of social philosophy and philosophical anthropology. Author of the concepts of civil society and life strategies of the individual.
